Warranty & Return Policy :

• Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
• Before returning any product for repair, refund, or exchange you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). NO packages of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of package, It will be refused. Please ask for us RMA# prior returns .
• Please Note : You must place the item(s) to be returned in protective packaging (shipping box) with bubble wrap and make sure that the item(s) do not shake or rattle. Items that are sent in envelopes and incorrect shipping containers will be refused and returned at your expense.
• All defective products will be accepted directly by Easy buy Inc. for credit, exchange, or repair, at our discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days , we only exchange or repair it within 1 year warranty . Return shipping must be paid by customer.
• We reserve the right to refer you directly to the manufacturer for all service.
• All returns for refund have a 20% restocking fee , and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. In addition we do not refund the shipping fee.
• Software may not be returned for a refund or credit. Any warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
